The special group associated by Institute of Building Physics of China Academy of Building Research and Department of Building Science of Qinghua University did a one-year monitoring test to the Beijing Tiptop International Apartment after being opened for occupancy. The figure 1 is the concrete heating and refrigerating system(have acquired patent ) adopted first by Tiptop; The figure 2 is the only one high comfort measuring apparatus in China which is imported in China from Denmark, for the first time measuring room comfort according to the standard adopted by European developed countries in China; The Figure 3 is the computer graphic instrument of the subject study group, laying 80 thermocouples in the room as the temperature monitoring site for both inside and outside the room, which monitors 365 days in real time and records the temperature and humidity changes inside and outside the room. The Beijing Youth Daily has done a detailed special coverage in the title of "do cardiogram for the room" for it.
