The outlook of the building is the combination of light beige granite mixed with dark cinereous metal. The air curtain wall of heat preservation and insulation is between the outer surface and concrete construction wall. The garden is Nordic style; the first floor owner has a basement, which permits the light to penetrate and together with an England style of 60 sq m courtyard. An underground garage of 20,000 sq m was constructed with vast investment in order to realize the separation of the pedestrians and cars, whereas the waterproofing technique adopts the same method of “Safe” keeping used by The Bank of China, Beijing. |
